The Great Composer Quiz – July 21, 2020

This time it’s a Quiz about double-dipping in the will. When this Great Composer was twenty-two he received an inheritance of about half his annual salary from his late-mother’s brother, who bequeathed half of his estate of his sister’s children. This put our Great Composer in a position to marry, which he did two months later. Fourteen years passed, our Great Composer’s wife had died and he was about to be married again, when the wife of his late-sister’s late-brother died and bequeathed another large sum to our Great Composer. Two marriages, two inheritances from the same estate.  Who was this beneficiary, this Great Composer?
